This is a wonderful location for the offices of the consulate of another sister nation within the British Commonwealth. Thought the appearance of the office building is majestic, it blends well with the other structures on Eglinton Avenue East. Definitely a landmark but not in a way that overwhelms the other office buildings in this part of Midtown Toronto.
Parking is plentiful and free on residential streets with time restrictions and there are options if there is a need to park for longer periods of time, even overnight at a reasonable cost.
TTC Buses stop in front of the office building and head in both directions along Eglinton Avenue East. All of these bus routes terminate at Eglinton Station, a subway stop on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway Line.
There is a great amount of retail activity on the street, shops, restaurants, bars and other services are plentiful in plazas nearby and on the street front on Eglinton Avenue East increasingly so towards Yonge Street and on Mount Pleasant Road a couple of blocks west of the office.
