150 York Street is part of Adelaide Place, a two building complex which connects to its sister building 181 University Avenue. 150 York is also connected to the underground pedestrian walkway system, known as the PATH. The PATH network offers access to adjacent buildings, and links to Toronto’s subway (TTC), and commuter train systems, (Go Transit). Although 150 York Street does not have a food court on site, these services are available at both the Richmond Adelaide Centre, and The Exchange Tower.
The building has typical floor plates of approximately 20,000 sq.ft., which is well suited to mid to large size tenants. The building has below grade parking which can be accessed off of Adelaide Street West, York Street, and Richmond Street West.
On site amenities include medical services, banking, printing services, a convenience store, three restaurants, and direct access to the Hilton Hotel. A fourth restaurants is being introduced in the building, which will compliment many other popular restaurants like The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Earl's, and Red’s which are all in close proximity.
